- Assist in the preparation and organization of project meetings, workshops, and events.
- Maintain project documentation, including project files, reports, and correspondence.
- Support the development and tracking of project work plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for project staff and HO team to project districts.
- Assist in completion of document for the procurement of project supplies, equipment, and services as needed.
- Compile and documentation of project data for monitoring and evaluation and trip repots of HO Staff to field.
- Provide administrative support to the Program department as required.
- follow-up with Finance department to support field team in tracing project payment.
- Contribute to the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as donor requirements
