Ahmed E. H. Jaffer Foundation is seeking a dynamic individual at Islamabad Office for the position of Program Lead (Education). The ideal candidate should be able to:
- Research latest trends in curriculum design globally, collaborate with subject matter experts within and outside the country, and translate them into actionable plans for implementation in the curriculum of the schools managed by the foundation
- Lead a small team that designs and successfully implement the multi-faceted curriculum for the foundation’s schools
- Collaborate with other organizations to implement the designed school system for uplift of education standard in urban and rural areas of Pakistan
- Effectively communicate with the principals or owners of the foundation’s managed schools as per the defined objectives of the organization, design engagement activities for the identified individual and successfully execute those
- Lead the team for social media marketing for the organization’s mission
- Identify needs and plan teacher training for the foundation’s schools and execute the trainings in most effective manner
- Understand the regulatory needs for schools operating in various districts of the country and develop plan for ensuring the compliance with the regulatory needs
Experience:
- Experience with development of STEM programs in schools is an advantage
Other Abilities:
- Must be able to lead a small team of dedicated individuals to the objectives of the organization
- Must be a good communicator and team leader
- Must be open to adoption of new technologies
