§ Track and coordinate project activities and regularly report to Public Health Specialist (Shifa Foundation) and Nutrition International.
§ Will coordinate with Nutrition International and Government at National and Provincial level for Advocacy Workshops as per agreed plan
§ Manage project documentation, communications, and reporting including work plans, and drafting and tracking of technical and financial reports.
§ Coordinate, develop and maintain close and effective working relationships with district coordinators, district health authorities and other partners in the project area for planning and implementation of the action plans.
§ Developing linkages and liaison with provincial and district health departments and other stakeholders.
§ Ensure project activities comply with the policies and regulation of Shifa foundation and Nutrition International.
§ Supporting and supervising trainings organized as part of project activities in close collaboration with Nutritional International, provincial/ district health departments and other stakeholders.
§ Taking lead in preparing and submitting monthly and quarterly reports of project and provide technical assistance to ensure proper and quality reporting from team members and the same way meeting the deadlines for reporting to NI.
§ Coordinate with Manager Operation and Finance department (Shifa Foundation) in implementing all field project related activities.
§ Close liaise with Finance department of NI for timely release of financial tranches.
§ Facilitating Program team and taking lead in Preparing and presenting technical proposals in accordance with the RFPs (request for proposal) in consultation with Public Health Specialist.
§ The position will require frequent travel to the project sites and liaison with various governmental and non-governmental partners.
§ To prepare & manage training plans and other training related activities including budget, implementation and monitoring and submitting field visit report to Public Health Specialist.
