- Collaborate with the team to facilitate the implementation of an effective risk management framework, including the development of risk policies, metrics, reporting, and monitoring procedures.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a comprehensive risk register that captures all relevant risks across the organization.
- Implement appropriate methodologies and tools for conducting enterprise-wide risk assessments, leveraging the expertise and insights of risk management team members.
- Assist the Head of Risk Management in the assessment and evaluation of top risks faced by the entity.
- Facilitate the development of a comprehensive heat map that highlights the top 10 risks and recommends appropriate mitigating actions based on the risk assessment findings.
- Assist in the preparation of a report entailing a summary of the heat map and impact of top key risk factors/threats challenging the business.
- Collaborate with the team to gather updates on strategic projects continuously, evaluating their strategic impact on business objectives and providing valuable insights to the Head of Risk Management.
