Job Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and troubleshoot the LAN / WAN networks and other infrastructure
- Manage and performs Installation of new/current systems/laptops/All in one and other devices
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting the WiFi infrastructure
- Up to date all services and client side Operating system, Red Hat Compatibilities Applications, printing services, Browsers, java etc. with new version of Operating System
- Resolves hardware and software problems; provides technical assistance
- Maintains trouble logs and resolves client requests
- Performs installation, customization, and maintenance of application software
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Evaluates operating efficiency and analyzes performance and tuning
- Identifies, evaluates, and may correct hardware, software, and operational problems; maintains service logs
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support
- Manage IT equipment and inventories
Area Specific Responsibilities:
- RHEL / Windows based machines.
- Responsible inventory based services for MIS support.
- Networks printing solutions
- Responsible for policy implementation in perspective of RHEL / Windows desktops
