• Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling.
  • Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging.
  • Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles.
  • Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies.
  • Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
  • Collect data and analyze interactions and visits, use this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increase presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages.
  • Creating and maintaining a Social Media Marketing editorial calendar, with targeted topics outlined for different dates, as well as a plan for where and how that content will be shared.
  • Researching, writing/producing/outsourcing all sorts of content production (written, image-based, video, etc.).
  • Compiling and uploading content, then tracking its performance across the many different Social Media networks, and the wider web (via forums, social bookmarking sites, etc.).
  • Generate effective Social Media Influencer Marketing campaigns, whereby powerful social users are turned into brand advocates who promote the brand’s products, services, etc.
  • Monitoring brand and product-related conversations to measure sentiment, watch for PR emergencies, identify important/relevant discussions, answer questions, etc.
