- Conduct and supervise all recruitment and selection activities, including CV database management, job advertisements, updating SIH job portal timely, documentation, and any other related activity
- Maintain a well-structured CV data base
- Coordinate and ensure that orientation activities and documentation is completely timely (new joiners pictures, banking sessions, signing of documents i.e. agreements, appointment letters and job description, and completion of Employee Job Forms)
- Provide relevant information to candidates, employees, and visitors and referring to appropriate person, if required
- Ensure timely addition / enrolment of employees for insurance coverage and removal of separated employees as per the organization’s policy
- Manage employee health insurance, reimbursements processing
- Ensure renewal of employee health insurance policy
- Ensure monthly reconciliation of insurance data
- Responsible for keeping and maintaining departmental records
- Resolve queries on priority with coordination of other relevant departments as required
- Continuous follow-up on queries of the employee until their resolution
- Prepare reports of department activities on daily/ weekly/monthly basis, as required
- Prepare reports and presentations of various projects and tasks as & when required
- Guide, counsel and facilitate employees regarding company policy and procedures
