• Analyze and promptly responds to patient complaints.
  • Take rounds for the continuous monitoring and evaluation of departmental activities.
  • Liaison with concerned departments to ensure provision of seamless services to the patients.
  • Handle aggressive patients/attendants to effectively diffuse difficult situations by counseling and building relationships.
  • Follow up with concerned departmental management for the closure of pending patient complaints.
  • Arrange for the facilitation of referred patients by the higher management.
  • Oversee mortuary services as per organizational policy.
  • Conduct surveys to gauge the patient satisfaction & quality of service provision and share data with concerned departments for improved patient experience.
  • Prepare and share departmental activity reports with higher management as and when required.
  • Oversee and implement procedures for enhancing and continually improving the overall experience of patients and families throughout the hospital.
  • Ensure complaints are thoroughly assessed, that the issues are clarified with complainant at an early stage and that each complaint is managed based on its seriousness and nature.
  • Ensure maximum outreach to patients & their families aiming at improving patient services in light of their experience.
