- Data entry and maintenance of all other records.
- Deal with shareholders.
- Verify transfer deeds.
- Maintain record of dividend.
- Prepare maintenance of files in connection with board meetings and annual general meetings.
- Split shares.
- Filing of periodic reports and statutory forms.
- Filing of Returns with SECP.
- Dispatch of quarterly reports to Shareholders.
- Proper documentation of Audit Committee Meeting, Board Meeting and Annual General Meeting.
- Reconcile all the dividend accounts with bank every month.
- Handle the share on monthly basis.
- Liaison with external auditors in connection with information required by them.
- Keep the record of attendance sheet and office stationery.
- Manage routine office work including maintaining and labeling files of the department.
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
- Follow departmental policy, procedures and SOPs.
- Respect cultural values and demonstrate the same in action.
- Maintain confidentiality of information.
- Perform any other related task assigned by senior team member.
- Participate in quality improvements and assurance activities.
- Supervise leaves and attendance roster and approve overtime, leaves to subordinates.
