Responsibilities

Develop and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Shariah and Law that meet academic standards and Shariah compliance.
Conduct rigorous academic research using both qualitative and quantitative methods, contributing to reputable academic publishing.
Design, revise, and enhance curriculum materials to align with contemporary legal requirements and Shariah principles.
Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, and class participation, providing constructive feedback to support student learning.
Guide and mentor students in their academic projects, theses, and research to promote a thorough understanding of Shariah law.
Stay informed about current developments in Shariah and secular law, integrating new knowledge into teaching and research.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of academic programs.
Ensure compliance with university academic policies and procedures, upholding highest standards of integrity and scholarship.
Engage in academic publishing, including writing and reviewing scholarly articles, to build the universitys academic prestige.
Collaborate with faculty members to foster interdisciplinary approaches and develop innovative teaching strategies.
