Strong communication skills are important for coordinating with the logistics team and following instructions accurately. Responsibilities

Operate and drive university vehicles safely in compliance with traffic laws and regulations.
Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely delivery and pick-up of goods or personnel.
Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring secure and safe handling to prevent damage.
Perform regular vehicle maintenance checks, including oil, tires, brakes, and other essential systems to ensure optimal functioning.
Identify potential road hazards and adopt risk management measures to prevent accidents.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle interior and storage areas.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate transportation schedules and resolve issues.
Use vehicle safety systems appropriately to enhance driving safety and vehicle security.
Keep accurate records of trips, vehicle maintenance, and any incidents encountered during transport.
Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external legal requirements related to road safety and vehicle operation.
