Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components according to wiring diagrams and technical specifications.

Interpret and apply electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics to plan and execute electrical work.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and university standards at all times.
Operate and maintain electrical testing equipment to monitor system performance and detect potential issues.
Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations to prevent hazards and ensure reliability.
Assist in the installation of lighting, power distribution, and other electrical equipment throughout the campus.
Document electrical work performed, including repairs, installations, and safety checks, maintaining accurate records.
Collaborate with facility management and other departments to coordinate work and minimize disruptions.
Deliver responsive and professional customer service to address inquiries and concerns related to electrical systems.
Stay updated with industry advancements and electrical safety standards to ensure best practices are followed.
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols to protect personal safety, team members, and university property.
