  • Lead and manage the Network and Systems team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive network and systems strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of all network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless networks.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of all network and system resources, implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures.
