Department: Finance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis and Reporting:
    • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting.
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including management reports, budget performance reports, and ad-hoc analyses.
    • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for senior management.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Support the annual budgeting process by working with various departments to develop budget proposals.
    • Monitor budget performance against actual results and provide insightful variance analysis.
    • Assist in the development of financial forecasts and projections.
    • Identify opportunities for budget optimization and cost control.
  • Financial Planning and Strategy:
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals.
    • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
    • Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and financial risks.
  • Compliance and Internal Controls:
    • Ensure adherence to the organization's financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
    • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of internal control systems.
    • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary information and documentation.
  • Treasury Management:
    • Assist in managing the organization's cash flow, banking relationships, and investment activities.
    • Monitor and analyze cash balances and make recommendations for efficient cash management.
    • Assist in the execution of treasury transactions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other departments to understand their financial needs and provide financial support.
    • Communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
    • Build strong working relationships across the organization.
  • Team Support and Development:
    • Mentor and guide junior finance staff.
    • Participate in team projects and initiatives.
    • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
