Shift Incharge

We are looking for a dedicated and organized professional to manage daily operations at our outlets located in Lake City and Bahria Town, Lahore. The successful candidate will ensure that all activities adhere to brand standards, deliver exceptional customer service, and comply with hygiene and food safety regulations. This role demands hands-on leadership in managing staff, inventory, and cash handling to provide a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with brand standards, customer service expectations, and all hygiene and food safety protocols.
- Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate inventory control with proper documentation.
- Supervise staff performance, enforce discipline, and consistently uphold high levels of customer service.
- Develop staff schedules, assign shifts, and ensure sufficient staffing during peak business hours.
- Monitor stock levels closely and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of the outlet to meet company standards.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new employees, ensuring they understand and meet operational requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Intermediate level education.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience working with a food brand or in a similar operational role.
- Ability to work on-site at the specified locations in Lahore.
