Aslam Energy Private Limited (Flow) is looking for a reliable Shift Manager to lead daily operations at its petrol pump located on Multan Road Chung, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing shift activities, supervising the team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory levels, and enforcing safety standards. This role demands a proactive and organized individual capable of handling operational challenges efficiently while ensuring smooth workflow throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shift operations to guarantee efficient and timely service delivery.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor fuel and retail stock levels, coordinating timely replenishment with suppliers.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards by following all health and safety regulations applicable to the petrol station.
- Keep accurate records of sales, fuel inventory, and cash handling activities.
- Generate daily shift reports and manage cash transactions with responsibility and transparency.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain a smooth and uninterrupted workflow during shifts.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent graduation is mandatory.
- 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a petrol pump or retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations specific to petrol stations will be considered an advantage.
- This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive monthly salary of approximately Rs55,000.
