The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in sales and customer-related roles, specifically familiar with managing orders and bookings. This role involves direct interaction with clients and vendors, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate record-keeping to support the smooth operation of our distribution processes. Attention to detail and customer service skills are essential to maintain strong relationships and uphold the companys reputation. The Selman will work closely with various departments within Shinwari Enterprises to coordinate shipments and handle bookings in an efficient manner. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. While this role does not include team management responsibilities, the candidate must demonstrate independence, reliability, and effective communication skills to contribute to the companys overall success.
Responsibilities

Manage daily bookings and sales activities accurately and efficiently.
Maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and support.
Coordinate with the distribution and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Record and track sales orders and ensure all booking details are properly documented.
Communicate with clients to confirm order specifications and delivery schedules.
Identify potential issues or delays and work proactively to resolve them.
Support the development of customer relationship management strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
Follow company policies and procedures related to order processing and inventory management.
Report regularly to management on sales progress and any challenges faced.
Assist with administrative tasks related to order handling and customer follow-up.
