SHIPMENT COORDINATOR

We are seeking a detail-oriented Export Coordinator to manage and oversee export shipments via sea, air, and land. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between customers, shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents to facilitate timely and accurate shipment processing. This role involves preparing and verifying all necessary export documentation, monitoring shipment progress, and resolving any delays or documentation issues that may arise. The Export Coordinator will also maintain comprehensive shipment records and collaborate closely with sales, documentation, and accounts teams to support smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle export shipments across multiple modes of transport, including sea, air, and land.
- Coordinate effectively with customers, shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents to ensure shipment accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare, review, and verify export documents such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
- Monitor shipment status regularly and provide timely updates to customers.
- Identify and resolve shipment delays or documentation discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain detailed shipment records and prepare daily operational reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments including sales, documentation, and accounts to streamline shipment processes.
- Ensure all shipment operations are conducted smoothly and within established timelines.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in shipping and logistics, demonstrating familiarity with export procedures and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, reflecting a strong educational background relevant to the role.
