We are looking for an HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee interview & selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews, contracts and offers.
  • Implementing and updating company policies and procedures in line with changing legislation and legal requirements and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Plan, monitor, and appraise HR operations like providing support to existing staff members, attending their queries, keeping a check on their discipline and regularity, etc.
  • Take complete ownership of entire HR Processes from A to Z with a proactive attitude.
  • Update internal databases (e.g. records, sick leaves, short leaves, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Must be Graduated (HRM specialization Prefered)
  • Less than 1 or 1 years experience in human resources or recruitment.
  • Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies

Salary:  PKR 50,000 to 60,000 per month
