Video Editor Internee

Shoaib Projects is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Intern to join our dynamic team. Although this role does not involve team management, the intern will actively collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to create engaging content across multiple digital platforms. The Video Editor Intern is responsible for editing compelling video content tailored for social media, advertising, and digital campaigns. The role demands versatility in handling raw footage, visual effects, sound mixing, and formatting videos to meet project specifications and platform requirements. The position values a strong commitment to quality, attention to detail, and the ability to follow creative guidelines while adapting to constructive feedback in order to deliver polished and consistent final video products. Responsibilities

Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with project goals.
Work with raw footage to apply transitions, effects, sound design, music, captions, and other visual elements that enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
Adapt video content into various formats and dimensions to suit different platforms and audience preferences.
Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to understand video concepts, creative briefs, and project requirements.
Organize and manage project files, footage, assets, and completed videos to maintain efficient workflow and easy retrieval.
Implement feedback effectively by revising video edits to meet required quality standards and deadlines.
Maintain consistent visual quality and branding by ensuring pacing, tone, and storytelling align with company standards.
Continuously research and incorporate new video editing trends, techniques, and software tools to improve video production quality and efficiency.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail by reviewing edited videos to ensure accuracy, smoothness, and coherence across all visual and audio elements.
Manage multiple video editing tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload, and meet tight project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
