- Manage / add or update website data as and when required and ensure its consistency.
- Handle customer queries related to products coming through calls, WhatsApp and Facebook.
- Do confirmation calls and process orders received from customer through the website.
- Place order on behalf or guide customers on the ordering procedure.
- Send products updates using different communication channels on a weekly basis.
- Coordinate with operations department for issuance of products.
- Pick and pack products as per the packaging standards set by the company.
- Punch in order details and on courier company portals.
- Create dispatch notes.
