We are seeking a skilled Shopify Developer to join MultiInsight, a dynamic Shopify and Shopify Plus growth agency based in Islamabad. This full-time remote role operates Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM PKT, aligned with US Eastern Time. At MultiInsight, we focus on helping eCommerce brands scale through high-performing storefronts, conversion rate optimization (CRO), SEO, custom integrations, and design. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize Shopify and Shopify Plus websites tailored to client needs, building stores from the ground up.
- Create custom, responsive Shopify themes that are visually appealing and optimized for SEO and conversions.
- Convert Figma designs into fast, accessible Shopify sites that perform seamlessly across devices.
- Apply core conversion principles such as CVR (conversion rate), AOV (average order value), and LTV (lifetime value) to development decisions, focusing on growth impact rather than just completing tasks.
- Implement and customize third-party apps and integrations to enhance store functionality.
- Collaborate closely with strategists, CRO leads, designers, and other team members to deliver shared growth outcomes.
- Write clean, maintainable, and secure code following best practices and high standards.
- Optimize website speed and performance across all devices.
- Stay current with Shopify, eCommerce, and CRO best practices to maintain innovative solutions.
- Apply UX/UI best practices to create user-centric, conversion-focused designs that emphasize hierarchy, trust, and clarity.
- Conduct thorough testing and QA across browsers and devices, support A/B testing implementations, and promptly resolve bugs or inconsistencies.

Required Qualifications

- 2–3 years of hands-on Shopify development experience with ownership of live client stores.
- Experience working with US-based or other international eCommerce brands.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify theme fundamentals, including sections, blocks, schema, and Online Store 2.0 architecture.
- Understanding of CRO fundamentals (CVR, AOV, LTV) and how development choices influence these metrics.
- Familiarity with split testing/A/B testing methodologies.
- Comfortable using AI-augmented tools to enhance productivity while maintaining control over output.
- Deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, including its capabilities and limitations.
- Proficiency in Liquid, Ruby (for Shopify Scripts), modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience developing cross-browser functional web applications.
- Strong grasp of Shopify data manipulation and APIs (both public and private).
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Ability to deliver excellent UX and UI.
- Competence with version control systems like git and GitHub.
- Prior remote work experience and ability to work independently.
- Confidence in estimating tasks and translating specifications into actionable development work.
