TheSkinFit is a leading destination in Pakistan for authentic beauty, skincare, and lifestyle products. As the company evolves from a beauty store into a comprehensive lifestyle platform, the online storefront remains a core focus. We are seeking a skilled Shopify developer to take full ownership of our store’s theme, performance, and integrations. This role offers genuine ownership and impact—you will be building and maintaining the store used daily by thousands of Pakistani shoppers, primarily on mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the Shopify Online Store, including custom sections, blocks, and templates using Liquid.
- Enhance site speed and optimize Core Web Vitals, prioritizing mobile performance.
- Build and manage integrations with Shopify apps, local payment gateways, courier and logistics partners, and third-party tools via APIs and webhooks.
- Automate store operations using Shopify Flow.
- Collaborate with marketing, CRO, and catalog teams to quickly deliver landing pages, campaign features, and conversion improvements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and ensure store stability during high-traffic sales events such as Eid, 11.11, and Black Friday.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Shopify development experience, with live stores to demonstrate your work.
- Strong proficiency in Liquid, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of the Theme Blocks System, including sections, blocks, metafields, and metaobjects.
- Experience working with Shopify Admin API (GraphQL and REST) and webhooks.
- Proven track record of improving page speed, with measurable before-and-after results.
- Comfortable using Git and Shopify CLI.
- Ability to independently translate business requirements into functional solutions without extensive supervision.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience developing custom or private Shopify apps.
- Familiarity with Shopify Flow, Functions, or Checkout Extensibility.
- Knowledge of Pakistani payment gateways and courier integrations is a plus.
- Ownership of a high-traffic, consumer-facing store rather than handling support tickets.
- Direct collaboration with brand and marketing leadership.
- Fast-paced work environment where your contributions go live quickly.

This position requires working onsite.

Salary range: Rs70,000 to Rs90,000 per month.
