Shopify Expert-Male only onsite

Faah Cart is seeking a skilled and experienced Shopify Expert to oversee, optimize, and expand our Shopify e-commerce store. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Shopify stores, customizing themes, handling product listings, and driving conversion rate improvements. This role requires a practical understanding of store operations and e-commerce growth strategies to ensure smooth daily management and continuous improvement of the online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the Shopify store to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Customize Shopify themes, layouts, and storefront functionality to align with brand identity and enhance user experience.
- Upload and manage product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory control.
- Optimize product pages for SEO to increase store visibility and attract organic traffic.
- Oversee Shopify apps, integrations, payment gateways, and shipping settings to maintain efficient store functionality.
- Enhance website speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience.
- Monitor store performance metrics, including sales and conversion rates, to identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Shopify store promptly.
- Implement strategies aimed at improving customer experience and boosting online sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, campaigns, and store updates.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of practical experience managing Shopify stores.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify themes, apps, and store customization techniques.
- Experience with product listing management, inventory control, and order processing workflows.
- Familiarity with payment gateways, shipping integrations, and analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and time-management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience working with Shopify Liquid templating language.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console for tracking and improving store performance.
