Shopify Store Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Shopify Store Manager to oversee and maintain our online store operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify, including product listing, inventory management, and order processing. A solid understanding of e-commerce workflows and customer experience optimization is essential to ensure smooth store performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Shopify online store, ensuring all aspects run efficiently.
- Upload products with accurate titles, descriptions, images, prices, and variants to maintain a professional and appealing product catalog.
- Regularly update product listings, inventory levels, pricing, and collections to reflect current stock and promotions.
- Process customer orders promptly and monitor order fulfillment to guarantee timely delivery.
- Organize and optimize product pages for better visibility and user experience.
- Monitor stock levels closely and coordinate with the inventory team to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Handle basic website updates and troubleshoot any store-related technical issues.
- Assist in implementing promotional campaigns, including discount codes and seasonal offers, to boost sales.
- Track store performance metrics and prepare basic sales reports to inform business decisions.
- Ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience managing a Shopify store or similar e-commerce platform.
- Strong knowledge of product listing, order management, and inventory control processes.
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations and online selling platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and product page optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with relevant Shopify experience are highly encouraged to apply. This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000. The role is full-time, working Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The work location is in person, providing an opportunity to collaborate closely with the team and contribute directly to the company’s e-commerce success.
