Shopify Website Developer

Aamanto Technologies is seeking a dedicated Shopify Website Developer to join their team in Islāmābād, Pakistan. This full-time, on-site role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Shopify-based websites tailored to meet diverse business needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing themes, modifying templates, and integrating various apps and third-party services to enhance website functionality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive front-end layouts ensuring optimal performance across different browsers and devices.
- Customize Shopify themes using Liquid templating and modify templates to meet specific business requirements.
- Integrate third-party applications and services to extend website capabilities.
- Configure store settings, manage product listings, and organize collections efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into functional website features.
- Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Continuously optimize site performance, user experience, and conversion rates through best practices and data-driven insights.
- Utilize version control systems such as Git to manage code changes and support team collaboration.

Required Qualifications
- Strong front-end development skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
- Solid understanding of back-end web development concepts, including API integration, data handling, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify development, specifically theme customization, Liquid templating, and app integration.
- Familiarity with programming concepts, debugging techniques, and version control tools like Git.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with design and marketing teams to align website functionality with business objectives.
- Knowledge of user behavior analysis and application of UX and conversion optimization best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in an on-site, team-oriented environment.
