Short Form AI Video Editor

We are seeking a motivated AI Video Editor to create short, high-quality videos of 2–3 minutes daily. This role involves using AI generation tools alongside traditional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Video content will vary in style, including user-generated content (UGC), anime, and realistic AI-generated visuals. This position welcomes fresh graduates and early-career editors, as we value energy, curiosity, and creative thinking more than extensive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce at least one 2–3 minute video per day, working with styles like UGC, anime, or realistic AI-generated content.
- Write prompts and utilize AI tools to generate video and image assets.
- Edit and finalize videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Contribute original concepts and creative ideas to guide content direction.
- Stay updated on current trends, films, and reference materials for inspiration.
- Manage projects independently from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications:
- Open to fresh graduates; no minimum experience required.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI generation tools.
- Ability to consistently deliver at least one completed video daily.
- Portfolio, personal reel, or informal sample projects are welcomed but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Work Environment:
- Energetic, proactive, and dependable personality with a passion for movies, shows, and creative collaboration.
- Strong original ideas and a genuine interest in storytelling and creativity are highly valued.
- Additional experience building side projects involving AI tools, games, or creative endeavors is a plus but not essential.
- This is an onsite position with night shift hours. Official work hours are 9 hours per day, but the work-based schedule allows flexibility to leave once daily tasks are completed.
- The office is located on the 4th floor of Royal Plaza.
