Short Form AI Video Editor

We are seeking a motivated AI Video Editor to create short, high-quality videos of 1–2 minutes daily. This role combines the use of AI generation tools with traditional video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. The video content will vary in style, including user-generated content (UGC), anime, and realistic AI-generated visuals. This position welcomes fresh graduates and early-career editors who bring energy, curiosity, and creativity, as we value these qualities over extensive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce at least one 1–2 minute video every day, working with styles such as UGC, anime, or realistic AI-generated content.
- Write prompts and utilize AI tools to generate video and image assets.
- Edit and finalize videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Develop original concepts and contribute creative ideas to guide content direction.
- Stay updated with current trends, films, and reference materials to inspire and inform your work.
- Manage projects independently from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications:
- Open to fresh graduates; no minimum experience required.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI generation tools.
- Ability to consistently deliver at least one completed video per day.
- Portfolio, personal reel, or sample projects are welcomed but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Work Setup:
We prioritize candidates who demonstrate an energetic, proactive, and dependable personality. A genuine passion for movies, shows, and creative brainstorming sessions is highly valued. Candidates who engage in side projects such as building AI tools, games, or studying creativity and storytelling will have an advantage, though strong original ideas are equally important. A working knowledge of AI prompting for image or video generation is also preferred.

This is an onsite role with flexible shift timings. The official workday is nine hours, but the environment operates on a work-based schedule—once daily tasks are completed, employees are free to leave. The office is located in Johar Town, Lahore.
