Shumaila’s London is looking for head of delivery for Gulberg Branch in Lahore who has acute passion of delivering best customer services.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth delivery of services to the clients on daily basis.
- Lead the team of marketing & oversee social media.
- Lead the team of operations and ensure smooth running of services.
- Lead the team technical service providers, making sure their knowledge and performance is up to scratch.
- Lead the team of product managers, ensuring best consultations to the client base.
- Oversee accountancy and liaise with accountant on need basis.
- Provide immediate response to any emergency situation that may arise at any time of the day.
- You will be the first and last person who is responsible for making sure the delivery of high-quality services to the clients and smooth operational activities in house.
- Manage expectations of all staff members and be able to liaise with staff member at any level of hierarchy.
- Report to the Management in UK on daily basis.

Minimum Requirements:
- Appropriate bachelor’s degree or higher in the field of management.
- Minimum 10 years field experience.
- Must have fluency in English language.
- Must have team lead experience.
- Must have technical skills, computer skills & social media management skills (Preferred).
- Preference to candidates with technical background.
Remuneration
Working hours: 6 days a week
Interview would be conducted on Skype; therefore, candidates should furnish their Skype IDs as well.
