Shumaila’s London is looking for Operational Manager for Gulberg Branch in Lahore who has an acute passion for operations and makes sure the clinic operates smoothly at all times.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implementing client delivery protocols.
- Implementing service provider protocols
- Implementing clinic protocols
- Handling and managing events
- Making sure that the clinic is ready to serve clientele at all times
- Working closely with the Director and staff
Looking for:

Minimum Requirements:
- You must have strong experience in operations in a relevant sector where you would have led a team of 100 people.
- Must have a relevant degree from an institute
- Must be able to produce references
Remuneration
- Shumailas is willing to pay 100K-150K as a base to the right candidate
- A bonus will be paid on achieving the targets of the programs.
