We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Marketing Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing incoming leads, providing property details to clients, and successfully closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and follow up on potential leads effectively
Provide complete property-related information to clients
Schedule and manage site visits
Convert leads into successful deals through persuasion and trust-building
Meet individual and team-based sales targets
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum: Intermediate (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
2–3 years of experience in real estate marketing/sales preferred
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident personality
Own transportation is a plus
