- Approach new brands and parties for further leasing of shops.
- Maintain the data of existing brands i.e tenants.
- Develop maintain and recruit leasing personnel.
- Develop and manage leasing activities including leasing policies, procedures and programs.
- Providing all SOPs to new tenants
- Make sure the new tenants are following Mall SOPs in organizing new shop e.g Firefighting etc.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair the existing properties.
- Be involved in sales and marketing.
- Oversee record keeping.
- Maintain or replace tenant profiles to include financial demographic and property information, and maintain building database.
- Screen applicants for credit and background, conduct credit criminal and eviction checks.
- Conduct property tours, negotiate leases and oversee tenant Move-in and Move-out.
- Collaborate with engineers contractors and vendors to fulfill projects.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of common areas and tenant spaces including routine inspections.
