Financial Data Analyst

Smart Insider Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze global stock market disclosures and regulatory filings to produce accurate, high-quality financial data for institutional investors. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in capital markets and corporate governance.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze stock exchange announcements and regulatory filings from global markets.
Monitor insider trading, director dealings, and major shareholding disclosures.
Extract and verify information from annual reports, proxy statements, SEC filings, and other corporate documents.
Track corporate actions, including share buybacks, stock options, RSUs, and share issuances.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of financial markets, stock exchanges, and corporate filings.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
