Sales Support Team

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Team Member to support our sales operations by managing Zoho CRM, maintaining accurate customer records, and assisting with professional business communications. The ideal candidate will help organize leads, ensure data accuracy, coordinate with internal teams, and support email outreach activities to keep sales processes running efficiently. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong written English, and a commitment to delivering high-quality administrative and CRM support.

Work Schedule

Saturdays & Sundays off (5-day work week)

Work Arrangement

First 3 months: Onsite
After successful completion of the probation period: Remote with flexible working hours

Responsibilities

Manage and update daily tasks in Zoho CRM
Maintain accurate client and prospect records
Organize leads, contacts, and workflow pipelines
Maintain, clean, and update Excel spreadsheets for CRM imports, reporting, and data management
Ensure data cleanliness and timely follow-ups
Draft, edit, and send professional business emails
Assist with email outreach campaigns
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth task execution

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, data cleaning, and managing large datasets)
Excellent written English and professional email-writing skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage routine tasks consistently and efficiently
Prior experience in CRM management or operations support is preferred
Bachelors/Masters in Marketing

Skills

Familiarity with sales or client outreach workflows Experience with email marketing or lead generation
