Basic function:
To assist the Business Development Manager in all Sales & Marketing tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. To generate leads of potential customers.
2. Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature.
3. Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts.
4. To conduct residential site surveys.
5. Maintain weekly sales records.
6. Providing customers with information about company equipment and solar systems.
7. Gathering information to accurately identify the customer’s solar needs.
8. Providing after-sales service including courtesy calls and site visits.
9. Utilize leads to positively represent the company and develop relationships with customers.
10. Drive key internal relationships by building trust through active, positive communications while driving toward continuous improvement
