Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate prospective venture opportunities and acquisition targets thoroughly.
- Build detailed financial models and valuation analyses to support investment decisions.
- Develop robust business cases highlighting the financial and strategic rationale for investments.
- Track and review the performance of existing portfolio companies and report findings.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of equity and debt markets to inform analysis and recommendations.
- Prepare clear, precise, and informative presentation materials for executives and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the CEOs office to align investment activities with group strategy.
- Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify potential risks and new opportunities.
- Assist in preparing investment proposals, term sheets, and negotiation support as required.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
