We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be punctual, disciplined, and capable of handling day-to-day office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office administrative tasks
  • Handle petty cash and maintain expense records
  • Perform outside office tasks (bank work, courier, pickups/drop-offs, etc.)
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in coordinating office maintenance and vendor communication
  • Support other departments with admin-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role preferred
  • Must own a bike – fuel will be provided for official tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Honest, punctual, and self-disciplined
  • Basic knowledge of office software (Word, Excel) is a plus
