Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and recommend improvements where necessary.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
