- Some basics that will occur on your day to day workings
- Day-to-day Dialer management (Agent, Campaign, Report, Recording & Problem Management)
- Asterisk services monitoring and troubleshooting
- Hands on knowledge of Linux, Asterisk, FreePBX and Centos operating system
- Azure cloud storage services management
- Server installation and troubleshooting
- VICI server and FreePBX installation and configuration
- Asterisk Dial Plan configuration and management
- MySQL management, monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance is continuously followed by communicating with all supervisors and managers
- Continuously innovate to improve the performance of the dialer:
- Analyse dialer-output data to identify potential problems and issues
- Liaise with the technical support team regarding dialer
- Making sure all customer is under your rader and inquiries responded.
