This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, generating leads, providing customer support, and closing sales deals. Day-to-day tasks include making sales presentations, managing customer inquiries, maintaining customer databases, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
  • Proficiency in Customer Support
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
  • Prior experience in telesales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
