Candidates must be equipped with a reliable laptop or PC, a headset, and a stable internet connection to ensure smooth and consistent communication with clients. The role does not involve managing a team but focuses on individual contribution and consistent achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers to introduce products and services.
Use CRM software like Salesforce to log all interactions and maintain detailed customer records.
Manage customer relationships by addressing inquiries and providing product information in a professional manner.
Handle customer objections and resolve issues to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
Work effectively with a laptop/PC, headset, and stable internet to maintain clear and professional communication.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the company.
Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques to maximize effectiveness.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts and optimize lead conversion.
Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude when communicating with customers.
