Video Editor

The role of Video editor to transform raw clips and video footage into high-quality finished videos and experienced in editing tools to merge content from multiple sources and add pictures, pictures, graphics , visual effect , sound effects and music.

Job Description:

Meeting with the director to determine productive vision.
Reviewing raw material to determine to shot list.
Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques.
Trimming footage and putting together the rough project.
Inserting dialogs, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence.
Consulting with the director and production team throughout the project.
Creating the final cuts for broadcasting.
Responsible for input music, dialogues, animation and color in raw footage.
Responsible for shooting videos and produce content as needed.
Organize raw and edited video files.

Qualification & Skills Required:

A bachelor’s degree must be required.
Proven work experience at least 2 years as a video editor.
Strong portfolio in demonstrating video editing.
Proficient in various non-linear video editing.
Hands-on experience with editing software (e.g Premier Pro, Aftereffects and Da Vinci resolve)
Creative and artistic skills.
Familiar with 3D composition and after-effects.
Ability to work to a tight schedule.
Ability to translate ideas into complete projects.
