The role involves performing welding and metal fabrication tasks to manufacture, assemble, and repair metal structures and components according to specifications. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong welding techniques and a solid understanding of metal fabrication processes. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. The Welder Fabricator will lead and manage a team of four persons, coordinating efforts to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship. The role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to train, supervise, and support team members in achieving common goals. Responsibilities

Perform welding tasks using various techniques to join metal parts and components.
Fabricate metal structures by cutting, shaping, and assembling metal materials as per design specifications.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate fabrication and welding work.
Supervise and lead a team of four welders and fabricators, coordinating workflow and assigning tasks effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards throughout all fabrication and welding processes.
Inspect completed work to guarantee it meets required specifications and industry standards.
Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Train and mentor team members in welding methods, safety practices, and fabrication techniques.
Collaborate with engineers and production planners to optimize fabrication processes and improve product quality.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and production progress.
