Graphic Designer

Simamm International is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with at least 5 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in graphic design, particularly with expertise in the printing industry. This role requires proficiency in developing compelling brand identities, executing print design projects, and applying creative concepts to communicate effectively through visual media. The Graphic Designer will contribute to enhancing the companys visual presence by delivering high-quality designs that align with client and organizational goals. The Graphic Designer does not manage a team but works collaboratively with various departments to ensure consistency across all visual communications. The role involves handling print production workflows from concept through to finished product, ensuring accuracy, and meeting deadlines. Expertise in image editing and familiarity with print industry standards will allow the candidate to produce work that meets the high expectations of clients and the printing process requirements.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, print, and digital media projects.
Design and produce visual materials such as brochures, posters, packaging, and promotional items to support marketing efforts.
Create and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all company communications.
Collaborate with marketing and production teams to understand project requirements and deliver appropriate design solutions.
Prepare print-ready files and oversee the print production workflow to guarantee the quality and timely delivery of materials.
Edit and enhance images to improve the visual appeal and effectiveness of design projects.
Stay current with design trends, printing technologies, and best practices within the printing industry.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
Review proofs and coordinate with printers to resolve issues or discrepancies in print production.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to support creative campaigns.
