Simamm International is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee the talent acquisition and human resource functions within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of professional experience in HR management, demonstrating the ability to manage recruitment processes, employee relations, and compliance with organizational policies. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders. The Human Resource Manager will lead a small team, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a productive work environment. In this position, the Human Resource Manager will play a crucial role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent for Simamm International while supporting the overall business strategy. The candidate is expected to manage a team of one person, providing guidance and support to ensure effective HR service delivery. Key responsibilities include overseeing hiring procedures, improving HR practices, and maintaining a positive company culture aligned with business objectives.Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the talent acquisition process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the recruitment of qualified candidates.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the human resources department and oversee the activities of the HR team member.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Provide support and guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Coordinate staff training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Monitor and improve HR policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and participate in hiring decisions.
  • Assist in compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive and fair employee packages.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and promote ethical standards across HR operations.
