The Employer

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter / Joiner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of joinery works on sites across Scotland. You will be working mainly on domestic properties, both void and occupied.

You will be responsible for :

  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.
  • Measuring, cutting, and shaping timber for various joinery works, including door and window frames, stairs, skirting boards, and architraves.
  • Install work in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Working with other tradespeople, to ensure that works are completed to the required standards and on time.
  • Maintaining accurate records of materials used and works carried out.

Ideal Candidate

  • You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
