We are a small company with aggressive growth plans to meet the needs of our customers. The right people will help establish and grow with us in our technical support team. Technical Support is responsible for support of all company products and services provided to current and potential customers. Provide frontline customer support, including hardware/software troubleshooting and diagnosis. Multitask customer requests and product issues with a sense of urgency. Communicate technical concepts in layman’s terms. Establish and maintain relationships with customers. Work with sales and account management teams.

This technical position will be the primary point of contact for our valuable Point of Sale (POS) system customers; when they call in with technical computer system/software/network issues. This position is located out of our Lahore office.

Responsibilities

·         Responsible for technical support for our customers remotely and or onsite

·         Answering all inbound support calls within 95% of Service Level Agreement (SLA)

·         Achieve 90% Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) rating against support provided to our customers

·         Ensure the success of project installations on behalf of the business and IT

·         Understand system integrations to ensure configuration and testing are in line with industry standards

·         Knowledge of payment solutions integration into Point of Sale system

·         Proficient knowledge of POS setup & imaging, which includes pre-installation assessments and training of our customers regarding the use of company products and services

·         Ability to communicate with customers, employees, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner

·         Coordinate with the business teams to develop processes, procedures and documentation to enhance our installation and support services

·         Develop detailed documentation to ensure that support team has all relevant information for handling support for site installs and recurring support issues / problems

·         Perform all other related duties as assigned

·         Assist in basic IT support within the office

Requirements

·         Will need a great attitude and willingness to learn, work and grow in the company

·         Experience with Point-of-Sale products, industry hardware, software, and databases

·         Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in system implementation or information technology and hospitality operations

·         Combined 5+ years’ experience in the Food & Beverage and/or POS industry preferred

·         Proficient of Microsoft Office, word, excel & outlook required

·         Proven ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

·         Self-motivated and must be able to work independently with a high degree of initiative

·         Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changes in project priorities

·         Ability to problem solve / troubleshoot in a timely manger

·         Adaptability, strong work ethic and exhibit professionalism during challenging situations

·         Must have demonstratable attention to detail and ability to perform quality work within deadlines

·         Understand the standard concepts, best practices, and procedures of POS software integration and deployment within hospitality. Specific experience with Aloha POS.

·         Clear and professional English written and oral communication skills

·         Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions

·         Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality

·         Interacts effectively and communicates well with all levels of management and team members

·         Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload

·         Work well on their own or as a member of a team

·         Effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required

·         An aptitude for acquiring new skills in fast paced hospitality technology, ability to quickly learn new software, databases, and applications

·         Bachelor’s degree in computer science or certification in related field and / or experience in the hospitality and / or technology fields

·         Be available to travel when required

·         Customer centric mindset is a must, good understanding of business operations and impact of non-functional POS on the business

·         Will need to be flexible on working days

·         Will need to be able to work morning, afternoons, evenings, or nights as needed

·         Passion of technology and desire to solve problem

·         Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills
