1. Perform basic ICD-10 and CPT coding for assigned practices.
2. Should be able to abstract clinical information from encounters/progress notes, diagnostic reports, other relevant documents and assigns appropriate ICD-10 and CPTs.
3. Know several different coding systems including Level 1 CPT codes, level 2 HCPCS and ICD-10, modifiers usage, V codes and E codes.
4. Should be expert in any ER practices and its coding.
