Site Engineer

The Site Engineer will play a critical role in overseeing the planning, coordination, supervision, and monitoring of all site activities related to civil, MEP, and finishing works for commercial office building projects. This position demands a hands-on approach to ensure that construction standards are met, quality is maintained, and project timelines are adhered to. The engineer will work closely with contractors and various stakeholders to guarantee smooth execution and successful completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all site activities involving civil, MEP, and finishing works.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure compliance with construction standards and quality control measures.
- Manage contractors effectively to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
- Liaise with procurement and administration departments to facilitate smooth project operations.
- Identify and resolve any site-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site at all times.
- Prepare regular reports on site progress and escalate any concerns to senior management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized and reputable institution.
- A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the execution and supervision of civil, MEP, and finishing works specifically for commercial office buildings.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, quality control processes, and site coordination techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contractors and ensure projects are completed within the agreed timelines.
