Site Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Civil Engineer or Project Engineer with a background in industrial projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site execution, managing contractors, and verifying bills at industrial project sites such as warehouses, manufacturing plants, and factories. This role requires hands-on involvement in all aspects of site management to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day site execution activities for industrial projects.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality completion of work.
- Verify and manage billing processes, including phase-wise BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and bill checking.
- Interpret and work with civil, structural, and architectural layout drawings to guide site activities.
- Utilize CAD software to support design and execution tasks.
- Apply practical knowledge of basic site electrical and plumbing (MEP) execution to coordinate multidisciplinary works.
- Estimate material requirements and manage resources efficiently.
- Resolve site-related issues promptly while working under tight project deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Sc.) or a Diploma in Associate Engineering (DAE Civil).
- Proven experience managing 3 to 4 industrial site projects, including warehouses, manufacturing plants, factories, or similar industrial facilities.
- Strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Proficiency in any CAD software.
- Working knowledge of site electrical and plumbing (MEP) execution.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and bill verification.
- Excellent site coordination and contractor management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work under pressure.
